More About Us and Our Offering

We began in the early 1990’s as two separate companies, Advanced Flooring Technologies, Inc. and M-Vision Software, Inc. that were based on the IT leadership of Mike Fitzgerald. In 2014, Mikes Flooring Companies formed a dedicated advanced technology division, 360Vision Software℠ and asked Mike to join the team to provide new product development, sales, training, and customer support resources for our proprietary suite of workflow-based applications customized for the floorcovering industry. These applications include the Floor-Pro Management System, PaperHound™, B2BXpress™, ScheduleXpress™, CutXpress™, and PriceList Pro™.


From the beginning, the primary goal of our software has been to save flooring companies time, money, and personnel costs and to help boost the bottom line of our customers. Our products were created with the guidance and input of some of the most successful and profitable flooring companies in the highly competitive Washington, DC contractor marketplace. Flexibility, adaptability, ease-of-use, and cost saving features were key design elements and remain so to this day.

 

We’ve come a long way since the 90’s, and have applied our experience and technical know-how to make our software a great fit for flooring businesses of all sizes and types.

We provide customers a Cloud-Based solution with paperless-office document archiving (Paperhound), dynamic installer scheduling and notification (ScheduleXpress) including calendar notifications and text messaging to installers, optimized computer-controlled cutting of roll goods to minimize waste (CutXpress), integration with cloud services such as Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, and other popular applications, and mobility through laptop, iPad and Android tablet access. Also included are an integrated Sales Funnel for visibility and management of your sales pipeline, a contact database, and industry-compliant B2B (Business-to-Business) capabilities.

Heavily documented. We decided a couple years ago that we wanted to build a Help Desk that you can consult at any time, with search features accelerating your real-time answers to your ‘need it now’ questions. We documented over 40 of the most commonly used workflows, speeding the learning process for your existing and new employees. And, the Help Desk articles continue to expand as we and YOU document additional topic and workflows.

ScheduleXpress (an integrated scheduling application to allocate resources to perform and complete individual projects)

Pricelist Pro (an application to maintain price catalogs and create showroom price lists and price tags)

B2BXpress (an electronic data interface for industry vendors and clients) 

PaperHound (easy-to-use document management application linking important client and corporate paperwork in a central archive.  Each document can be linked in multiple ways to specific sales tickets, purchase orders, vendors, or other relationships, ensuring flexible document retrieval).

Integration with popular Cloud applications such as Google Mail and Google Drive, and Microsoft 365

Going forward, 360Vision Software will focus on delivering three new versions over the next 24 months while expanding our workflow documentation and customer support capabilities.


3Q18: Version 2.1 will be released after extensive internal testing by Mikes Flooring Companies.

2Q19: Version 3.1 will include expanded reporting, enhanced document management features, budgeting and benchmarking module, enhanced functional dashboards, Customer Portal for property management clients, enhanced cash forecasting tools.

2Q20: Version 4.1 is expected to include a Human Resources module, and necessary updates to further integrate popular cloud-based applications.

We’ve learned that many customers want more than software, they need assistance in areas that are not directly involved with selling, ordering inventory, and installing flooring. We intend to launch in 2018 our business process outsourcing services – we will handle accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related stand-alone functional activities for customers who want world-class operational support and sleep-at-night satisfaction.

Bart Snell is the President & CEO of 360Vision, using his lengthy experience in the technology and business process management sectors to provide strategic direction as well as sales leadership. He brings over two decades of successful financial and operational executive leadership experience to turn data into actionable intelligence as he partners with clients to improve business performance, gain strategic partner interest, secure project financing, and instill world-class financial controls. His industry experiences include CFO and COO positions in Information Technology, Telecommunications, BPO, and Services industries. His initial career experiences included 16 years at IBM, holding several internal CFO positions including CFO IBM Australia, CFO Kaleida, and CFO IBM Burlington Semiconductors Business Unit. Subsequently, he was the CFO of ORBCOMM (public, satellite telecommunications); EVP and COO, ORBCOMM Solutions (wireless applications); CFO & GM, Motient Corp (public, wireless network and applications); and CFO & GM, Aptara Corp (private, publishing services BPO). At Aptara, he was a key leader in the move from print to digital content, and led their acquisition of Maximize Learning, an eLearning company located in Pune, India. Bart served as a Board member for Motient Corp., Skyterra Corp., and Terrestar, Inc.– and in the not-for-profit space was the Vice-Chairman of the Washington Chamber Symphony. Snell holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
